The Post Office / UPS / All shipping companies overwhelmed with online orders & are short staffed during this world pandemic. Orders are shipped out of North Carolina. Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days. We are not responsible for your order arriving late. It does not matter if you choose the most expensive shipping option, it will still be late. We are not responsible for your package being held at customs, unfortunately we have no control over boards/customs in any country. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address, we can only send the package to the location you enter at check out.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact the Carrier / File a claim.
Do you only sell your jewelry online? We sell The Little Catholic collection primarily online, as well as at trade shows, conferences, and retreats.
What materials do you use? All of our jewelry is crafted with the following high-quality materials: Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, Bronze, Pewter, Solid Gold, precious stone, Brass, Sterling silver - Gold plated. Our jewelry is nickel and lead-free. The Little Catholic is not responsible for any allergic reactions. All of our medals are handmade piece by piece so expect variation in color, shape, & texture. You are more than welcomed to email (Hi@TheLittleCatholic.com) our customer service and ask for a photo of the most current batch.
How do I care for my Little Catholic jewelry? To keep your jewelry clean, wipe with a soft cloth. Never use jewelry cleaner on Little Catholic jewelry. Store each of your pieces separately in their Little Catholic packaging or in a zip lock bag. Protect your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion, or hair products. Never expose your jewelry to water or harsh detergents. Never expose your jewelry to Holy Water. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels. The Little Catholic is not responsible for any allergic skin reactions. Polished Brass Medals can be cleaned with a fine jewelry polish cloth.
Will I receive the tracking information once my exchanged item is on its way? You should receive an e-mail notifying you when your order has been shipped. However, if you do not, please contact us, and we will provide the tracking number for you.
Returns + Exchanges We pride ourselves in having happy customers who are satisfied with our high quality products. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service. You can reach us by emailing us through the address listed in our “Contact Us” section. Returns will be charged a 10% restock fee. Exchanges will be charged a 5% restock fee. see Details below. Items cannot be returned if they are purchased during a sale. Items cannot be returned if they are used. Items cannot be returned if they are passed the 7 days upon receiving the order. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping costs to our facility.
Birthday Gift Codes Cannot be Added to Existing or Past Orders & can be only used ONCE a Year as it is a Birthday Gift code. Birthday Codes cannot be used during sales.
One discount code can be used per customer per order. Sale Prices are only valid on Sale Days Stated in the Particular Sale. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discount codes & Exchange Codes cannot be used during sales. Codes Cannot be combined. **Please note that excessive abuse or misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation.
All sale items, custom items, items purchased with a coupon, and/or a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale and customized items are a final sale. All jewelry is sold “as-is.” It may be returned or exchanged pursuant to our return and exchange policy only. Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with the utmost care. Due to its handmade nature, each piece is unique and may have slight variations from the piece of jewelry as pictured online.
For returns, please email Orders@TheLittleCatholic.com within 7 days of receiving order. Items must be in the original Packaging and in The condition it was sent. If the item is a necklace the clasp must be closed to prevent tangling. We ask that you include in your packaging a note stating your name, order number and that you'd like to return the item. Please allow four business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. The refund will go to the card you placed the order under. A 10% restocking fee will be accessed on all returns. A return or cancellation will not occur if the item is still in transit or if the item gets lost on the way back to the order fulfillment center. We are not responsible for your returned package if it gets lost in transit.

All exchanges must be sent to the address above within 7 days of the date you received it in the same packaging and condition. We ask that you include in your packaging a note stating your name, order number and that you'd like to exchange your item and the new item information. Please allow four business days for processing after the package has been delivered back to us. When requesting an exchange for a different item than what is being returned, a shipping charge will be applied to your exchange for shipment of the new item. A 5% restocking fee will be accessed on all exchanges.
Partial Refunds / Special Circumstances There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition and packaging, or any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement & customer will be responsible to ship item back. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required and must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Shipping Costs We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
